by | Jan 3, 2023 | Healthy Relationships

Whether you are looking for new ways of working with people, or for deeper, more meaningful relationships with yourself and others, I’m grateful you’re part of my learning and growth community: thank-you for being here.

When you show up on my free Wednesday morning Conversations from the Heart starter calls to ask questions, to listen, and to learn together, I feel honored, enriched and connected.  I hope you know that I learn as much as everyone else does on these calls!

Whatever experience or question led you to my work and to these calls, I acknowledge and celebrate it!

In 2022, we published over 40 short, inspirational Youtube video clips from these calls and garnered over 14,000 views: Thank you!

From loving relationships to healthy boundaries, you have been actively co-creating these clips by showing up, asking questions and simply being part of our open-hearted community.

To celebrate, here’s a curated selection of some of my most-watched Youtube videos from 2022:

If one of your 2023 resolutions is to prioritize love, From Fear to Love reminds you of the step-by-step shifts and principles involved in nonviolent, loving, relationships.

One of the best ways to start 2023 off right may be by enforcing your boundaries in clear and loving ways. How to Enforce a Boundary with Nonviolent Communication can jump-start the conversations you may be putting off.

If you’re wondering about the difference between values and needs, Values vs. Needs can provide some answers.

I LIKED YOUR VIDEO ON “VALUES AND NEEDS” WHICH IS A DISTINCTION THAT GETS FUZZY FOR ME AT TIMES. YOU MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY AND EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE SO CLEARLY. I ALSO REALLY LIKE YOUR VIDEO ON “DIAGNOSES AND LABELS,” WHICH IS NOT ON YOUR LIST HERE, BUT WORTH NOMINATING FOR SPECIAL MENTION.
